After FIVE YEARS of not playing live in a room with other people, I've grown my hair nice and long and I want to swish it around on stage.

However, when I did the very boring but very necessary task of budgeting a 5 date tour with a band, some rehearsal time, a very small on-the-road-team, places to sleep, a van, petrol and food I found myself a very frightening £10,000 in the red.

And you wonder why I gave up for so long...!
