I released my debut album "Disarm" in September 2010. I'd been collecting the songs together for a few years, gradually focusing my mind, building my confidence and getting ever closer to making the music that was playing in my head a reality, a tangible thing for others to share. I could never have imagined what adventures those songs would take me on, but I've thoroughly enjoyed travelling around with them ever since, feeling them grow and spread their wings and spending time with some of the people who count them as a valued part of their personal soundtracks.

As the fifth anniversary of “Disarm” approached I started making plans to revisit some of the songs, tenderly reworking the tracks that felt the most resonant to my current self, and the ones I felt would benefit from a different sonic approach.

This EP is the result of those efforts. Originally released in December 2015, it was an important staging post on the musical journey that continues today - one I hope you’ll join me on.
